RETURN + REFUND POLICY

We appreciate your loyalty and strive to provide a great experience. If you’re not fully satisfied, and your order is eligible for return and is still in new condition (without scuffs or scratches) in its original packaging, you may return new items purchased on www.thexebec.com within 30 days of delivery*. 

Products sold as "open-box" items and products purchased via Kickstarter are not eligible for return. 

Returns must be DROPPED WITH THE CARRIER using the provided return label no later than 30 days following delivery to be eligible for a refund. A 5% return processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

RETURNS SHIPPED AFTER THE CUTOFF OR USING A DIFFERENT SHIPPING LABEL WILL NOT BE RETURNED. The cost of any shipping labels purchased by the customer will not be refunded.

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

To qualify, your Xebec product must:

  • Be in unused condition with no scratches or scuffs
  • Not sold as an "open-box" item
  • Have the original retail packaging intact
  • Be returned using the provided return label
  • Be delivered no earlier than 30 days ago * 

Damaged or scratched products will not be accepted for a refund and will be returned to you.

How to Request a Return

Items sent back without prior authorization or without the provided return label will not be accepted. If you have questions, contact us here.

EXCHANGES

Some items are eligible for exchange, provided they are returned within the 30-day* return window and meet eligibility criteria.

  • Start an exchange at the RETURN REQUEST PORTAL HERE.
  • The exchanged product ships once the returned item is dropped off.
  • If the new product is lower in value, the difference will be refunded.
  • If higher in value, an invoice will be sent after drop-off.
  • The return processing fee is waived for exchanges. 

REFUNDS

Once your return is delivered, we will process your refund within 14 days, provided it meets all return conditions. A confirmation email will be sent upon approval, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. 

Shipping fees paid during purchase are non-refundable. Xebec Shipping Protection is not eligible for a refund.

Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

We provide prepaid return labels and deduct return shipping fees from refunds where applicable.

  • Xebec SmartMotion Office Chair (Must be returned in the original shipping box or a similar-sized box. Using a larger box will incur additional charges.)

Ineligible for Return

  • Items sold as "open-box" products
  • Items purchased as part of a Kickstarter campaign 
  • Damaged or used products

DAMAGES OR ISSUES UPON OPENING

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 72 hours if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Do not return the item before reaching out.
